What services does Fetch Premier™ offer?

We provide premium pet transportation and care services, including:

  • Local rides to vets, groomers, daycare, or family

  • Long-distance deliveries

  • Safe, private solo-ride transport (Fetch Elite™)

  • Professional on-leash dog walking (Fetch Walks™)

Personal pet chauffeur services (Fetch+™)

All rides are tracked in real-time, and your pet is secured in a crash-tested Gunner® kennel with orthopedic bedding and climate control.

How do I book a ride or walk for my pet?

You can easily schedule online using our booking portal powered by Acuity. Just choose your service, time, and fill in your pet's info — we’ll take care of the rest.

Do pets travel alone or with other animals?

Pets may travel with other pet customers unless a solo ride is specifically requested, such as through our Fetch Elite™ service. Grouped rides are thoughtfully arranged to ensure safety, comfort, and compatibility among all animals on board. If your pet needs privacy, medical isolation, or reduced stress, we’re happy to accommodate with dedicated solo transport.

What kind of safety measures do you take during transport?

Your pet’s well-being is our top priority. Every vehicle is outfitted with:

  • Crash-tested Gunner® kennels for secure containment

  • Temperature-controlled interiors for all-season comfort

  • Onboard refrigerator stocked with fresh cold water and space for any medication or special food

  • Orthopedic bedding to reduce stress and joint pressure

  • Secure tethering systems when outside the kennel (if applicable)

  • Real-time GPS tracking for full transparency

  • Routine sanitation protocols between every ride

We go beyond the basics to ensure your pet is safe, calm, and cared for from pickup to drop-off.

Who will be handling my pet?

All rides and walks are handled by trained, vetted professionals who love animals. Fetch Premier™ is led by lifelong dog owner Doug, and we never farm out our jobs to strangers. Each service is overseen personally to ensure top-tier care.

How far in advance should I book?

For local rides and walks, we’re happy to offer flexible scheduling — often with short notice, based on availability. For long-distance transport, we recommend booking in advance and checking our Route Schedule to align with available trip windows. This helps us plan safe, efficient routes while ensuring every pet gets the attention they deserve.

Do you transport puppies from breeders?

Yes — we specialize in safe, stress-free puppy deliveries from breeders to their new homes. We coordinate directly with both parties and provide full GPS tracking and photo updates along the way.

How much do your services cost?

Rates vary by distance, service type, and duration. Local rides and walks are affordably priced, while long-distance and solo transport services (like Fetch Elite™) are custom-quoted. Visit our booking page or contact us for a detailed estimate.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online booking system, powered by Stripe. You can also pay using Apple Pay, Zelle, or Venmo for added convenience.

Full payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your spot, especially for premium and long-distance services.

How does the referral program work?

Referring friends, family, or clients is easy — and rewarding! Just fill out our short referral form before their first service. If they book a ride, walk, or delivery with us, you’ll earn a Visa/Mastercard gift card as a thank-you.

  • Local services (like walks or short rides) earn smaller rewards

  • Long-distance or breeder transports can earn up to $100 per referral

There’s no limit to how many referrals you can send — the more you refer, the more you earn.
Referrals must book a Fetch Premier™ service to qualify.

What’s your cancellation or refund policy?

We understand that plans change. To help everyone plan smoothly:

  • Local services (walks, short rides):
    Cancellations made 12+ hours in advance can be rescheduled or credited toward future service.
    Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may not be eligible for credit.

  • Long-distance or premium rides (Fetch Elite™):
    A non-refundable booking fee applies once your trip is confirmed. If canceled 48+ hours in advance, we’ll credit the balance toward a future trip.

We’re always happy to work with you to find a solution — your pet’s care and your trust are important to us.

Do you offer services for cats or other animals?

Yes — while we primarily focus on dogs, we also offer safe and stress-free transportation for cats and other small animals on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out with your specific needs.

Are you insured?

Yes. Fetch Premier™ is fully insured to provide peace of mind for every pet owner. We are also actively pursuing additional certifications for pet handling and transport safety.
