All rides are tracked in real-time, and your pet is secured in a crash-tested Gunner® kennel with orthopedic bedding and climate control.

We go beyond the basics to ensure your pet is safe, calm, and cared for from pickup to drop-off.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online booking system, powered by Stripe. You can also pay using Apple Pay, Zelle, or Venmo for added convenience.
Full payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your spot, especially for premium and long-distance services.
Referring friends, family, or clients is easy — and rewarding! Just fill out our short referral form before their first service. If they book a ride, walk, or delivery with us, you’ll earn a Visa/Mastercard gift card as a thank-you.
Local services (like walks or short rides) earn smaller rewards
Long-distance or breeder transports can earn up to $100 per referral
There’s no limit to how many referrals you can send — the more you refer, the more you earn.

We understand that plans change. To help everyone plan smoothly:
Local services (walks, short rides):
Cancellations made 12+ hours in advance can be rescheduled or credited toward future service.
Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may not be eligible for credit.
Long-distance or premium rides (Fetch Elite™):
A non-refundable booking fee applies once your trip is confirmed. If canceled 48+ hours in advance, we’ll credit the balance toward a future trip.
